We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns will only be accepted in cases of damaged products or technical issues.

  • Returns due to color preference, personal dislike, or change of mind will not be accepted.

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and transferred to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, please place a new order once your return is accepted.
